Local Delivery Areas

Midnight Cravings is a late-night cloud kitchen dedicated to serving Tirunelveli. Currently, our fast, fresh delivery is restricted exclusively to the following local pin codes: 627001, 627002, 627003, 627004, 627005, 627006, 627007, 627008, 627009, and 627011. If any order is placed with a delivery address outside of these designated local areas, it will be automatically cancelled.

Delivery Timing & Verification

We operate strictly between 9:00 PM and 3:00 AM. All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be subject to quick verification by a customer service representative via a phone call or WhatsApp to the registered number. If the order cannot be verified promptly, it may be delayed or cancelled to ensure food quality and prevent wastage.

Delivery Charges & Hidden Fees

Delivery charges vary based on the distance from our cloud kitchen to your location. The exact shipping/delivery charge will be clearly calculated and displayed during checkout. These delivery charges are non-refundable in the event of an order cancellation once the food has been dispatched. You will get the final price during check out. Our prices are transparent, and you need not pay anything extra (such as hidden taxes or octroi) to the delivery executive.

Estimated Delivery Time

Food is prepared fresh to order. For all serviced areas, the estimated delivery time is typically 30 to 60 minutes from the moment your order is confirmed. However, large volume orders, extreme weather, or late-night logistical challenges may take slightly longer. The delivery times provided in the app are tentative. Midnight Cravings strives for the fastest delivery possible but is not liable for minor delays caused by factors beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your food is prepared and handed over to a delivery partner, you will be able to track your order live directly through the Midnight Cravings app or via a tracking link sent to your registered mobile number. Non-Availability on Delivery

Because our products are freshly prepared and highly perishable, our delivery partners will attempt to reach you at the delivery location and via phone call. The delivery partner will wait for a maximum of 10 to 15 minutes at your location. If you are unreachable or unavailable to receive the package, the order will be cancelled and returned to the kitchen. In such cases, the order is not eligible for a refund. Please ensure your mobile number is correct and reachable to help us make a faster delivery.
